As an Australian there are many reasons to be proud of and celebrate this year's International Women's Day. So when we see a talented Australian female director like Rachel Perkins whose latest film Jasper Jones has been globally praised, it gives us that kick of excitement. Jasper Jones features a stellar cast, has been shortlisted for several major awards and was filmed in beautiful Western Australian town Pemberton.
