What information we collect and store

Your contact details as provided on your business card or via email, including title, name, phone, email and postal address as well as company name (if relevant).

This information is stored in our CRM system ‘Highrise’ and on our newsletter software system ‘Mailchimp’ and is only accessed by our team. 

Cookies or IP address information that may show where, when or how you accessed our website.

How we use your information

To send you occasional newsletters, invites to events and other communications. We typically send out a newsletter every quarter. You can unsubscribe instantly with a link that is available on every newsletter.

IP address and other technical information may be used to tune our IT systems or to make sure the website displays correctly on all devices. This information is accessed by our IT developer ‘The Set Up Design’.

Please note that we do not pass your information on to any third party without your specific written consent. 

The period for which the information will be stored

The information will be stored by us for an indefinite period, for the limited uses outlined above. If you do not wish for your information to be stored by us, please contact us at agent_general@wago.co.uk.
