Spacecube´s Plus Eight delegation take on an international immersion experience

From the 9th to the 14th of September, a dynamic delegation of 10 companies and 18 delegates from the Plus Eight accelerator program, run by Spacecubed in Perth, embarked on their annual international immersion experience. This program, which occurs at phase two, aims to broaden the horizons of emerging startups by connecting them with international markets, investors, and industry leaders.

The delegation’s week in London was packed with activities aimed at fostering growth and collaboration. Highlights included presentations from Oury Clark, the Department of Business and Trade, London and Partners, and Axiom Banking. The week also featured networking events hosted by Menzies, pitch sessions at Octopus, and exclusive meetings with key stakeholders across various sectors.

The trip also featured insightful workshops and visits to leading innovation hubs such as innovate co working spaces, providing valuable exposure to London’s thriving startup ecosystem. In addition, the program offered a platform for Plus Eight participants to engage with mentors and investors, gaining critical feedback to refine their business models and accelerate their growth and potentially set up in the UK.
